Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
What uses credits?
Interviews and mock interviews use 1 credit per minute while the session is running, or 1.5 credits per minute with dual-engine boost on. Screenshot answers use 1 credit per screenshot, or 5 credits for a coding screenshot (at most 30 per request).
Some AI tools for your materials also use credits: predicting interview questions uses 1 credit each time; AI resume and job description parsing and smart import use 1 credit each once the daily free uses are used up; AI note organizing uses 1 credit per section once the free sections are used up, plus 3 credits to add the result to your knowledge base. Typing in materials yourself and the practice run use no credits.
Do bigger purchases unlock anything?
Yes. Once your purchases total $75, eye contact correction unlocks on compatible devices. Dual-engine boost is separate: VIP passes include it, while other users can turn it on before an interview for 1.5 credits per minute.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you bought your first pack within the last 7 days and used 30 credits or less, you can request a refund. See the Refund Policy for the amount and conditions.
Who processes payments?
Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. We never see your full card details.
